Ecosystem Innovation

We took part in “4 Years From Now” in the framework of the “2024 Mobile World Congress”.

In the last week of February, Cinfa was represented with its open innovation platform CinfaNext at the 4YFN (4 Years From Now), event, which takes place as part of the Mobile World Congress and is dedicated to startups and innovation. At this meeting, we took the opportunity to meet with representatives of the innovative ecosystem in Barcelona to present the latest trends, projects and technological developments in the healthcare sector.

The Mobile World Congress, which celebrated its 18th anniversary this year, has become a premier global fair with record-breaking participation numbers. From February 26th to 29th, we actively participated with an exhibit booth in collaboration with our partner, Barcelona Health Hub (BHH), where we showcased our areas of innovation.

Furthermore, we took part in a panel discussion to talk about digital health alongside other major companies and startups. “At the panel “Pharma 4.0: Exploring the frontiers of digital health”, moderated by Orlando Vergara, Founder of BlueBarna, Marta Pedrosa Olite, Innovation Analyst at Cinfa, participated alongside Marta Solé, Digital Health Director at Accord Healthcare; Miren Taberna, Chief Scientific Officer at Savana; and Rosa María López, Director of Operations & Transformation Franchise at Boehringer Ingelheim.

The discussion focused on innovations in digital health, transformation of the pharmaceutical supply chain, and the adoption of advanced technologies to enhance efficiency and patient care.

On this occasion, we chose to partner with BHH due to our firm conviction in the value of collaborative work and the importance for Cinfa of gaining insights and expertise from various startups to progress on shared projects.

4YFN has provided the perfect opportunity to discover new solutions, explore potential collaborations, and connect with emerging players in the health business ecosystem. This event has enabled us to forge new synergies that will contribute to enhancing people’s health and quality of life through the launch of disruptive projects.
